What businesses or properties in the United States are owned by foreign investors?

So it bothers you that Aldi is not US-American? Hm...heard abou IKEA? It's Swedish, and it's huge in European countries, so much for no other country allowing foreign ownership! H&M, which is also huge in European countries, is I think, Swedish. For that matter, Burger King, McDonalds, Starbucks, Subways, American Apparel are all US companies who are big here in Europe. Aldi is German, that's true, but what about Kraft Foods? The amount of products they have out on the international markets is insane! Check out the products Johnson&Johnson has out, or Procter and Gamble. Look at the individual producers, and you will find that there are big US companies producing under hundreds of different names, basically supplying everything from tires over candy bars to shaving cream and cereal, and no matter where you buy it (Krogers, Mayers or Aldi) and what the wrapper looks like, it all comes from the same line, anways.

Yes, it bothers me. I don't think any other country allows foreign ownership, and we shouldn't either. What if they gained control of some type of industry or properties? They don't need a war to take us over, just buy us out and evict us.
