acceleration = 60g
點解會等於 60 X (-10) = - 600 m/s ??

first, I think you copied the wrong unit, I think it should be -600 m/s^2

the 'g' in 60g (as an acceleration figure) is not gram, but the earth's gravitational acceleration. g is normally taken as 9.81m/s^2, for simply approximately, sometimes as 10 m/s^2.

I guess you are dealing with vertical motion and the negative accleration is a matter of sign convention, e.g. if positive is downloads, your acceleration is upward, vice versa.

For the magnitude, 60g = 60 x 10m/s^2 = 600m/s^2

yeap, sorry, if the sign convention is positive downwards, acceleration upwards will be represented as negative

do you mean take downwards as positive (not downloads)
