奇怪。。我以爲是它的網被封了。。我也上不到。。I'm living in Canada.. I'm not sure if It's blocked or not..but you can try to go onto:
http://mp3.baidu.com/
www.baidu.com doesn't work for me but mp3.baidu.com still works...
試試吧 ^^
