Ok, what has happened is that you basically "pulled" a muscle. By stretching the vagina too quickly most likely, without giving it a chance to heal. Or, it could be that you are not lubricated (wet) enough when you are penetrated. Try not having sex for 2-3 days and then the next time you have sex make sure that you are very wet (lots of foreplay) you can also use a lubricant like KY (this won't hurt you). This should solve your problem. If you continue to have pain, please see a doctor. Sex should never be painful.

It means that you are still very tight, try lubricants. but make sure when you get lubricants that it doesn't not have any glucose or glycerin in them because that could cause a yeast infections.
