個 'th' 係解 '第'

其實只不過係縮寫

通常用在日期上

第 1-30 的全寫:

第 1 : The first (1st)
第 2: The second (2nd)
第 3: The third (3rd)
第 4: The fourth (4th)
第 5: The fifth (5th)
第 6: The sixth (6th)
第 7: The seventh (7th)
第 8: The eighth (8th)
第 9: The nineth (9th)
第 10: The tenth (10th)
第 11: The eleventh (11th)
第 12: The twelfth (12th)
第 13: The thirteenth (13th)
第 14: The fourteenth (14th)
第 15: The fifteenth (15th)
第 16: The sixteenth (16th)
第 17: The seventeenth (17th)
第 18: The eighteenth (18th)
第 19: The nineteenth (19th)
第 20: The twentieth (20th)
第 21: The twenty-first (21st)
第 22: The twenty-second (22nd)
第 23: The twenty-third (23rd)
第 24: The twenty-fourth (24th)
第 25: The twenty-fifth (25th)
第 26: The twenty-sixth (26th)
第 27: The twenty-seventh (27th)
第 28: The twenty-eighth (28th)
第 29: The twenty-nineth (29th)
第 30: The thirtieth (30th)
第 31: The thirty-first (31st)
第 32: The thirty-second (32nd)
第 33: The thirty-third (33rd)
第 34: The thirty-fourth (34th)

...如此這般...

1 - 10 就好記啲, 但 第1, 2, 3 有特別的埋尾, 要記

11 - 19 就因為有特別寫法要注意 (-----teen) , 所以全部加 'th' 在後

20 twenty 因為有 'y' 在尾, 所以要轉成: The twentieth

20 之後就係加番第 1 - 9 嗰啲落去:

e.g. 第 25 = 20 5 = The twenty-fifth (25th)

其實fifteen只不過係15的意思。15th September 的中文解釋就是九月的第十五日，而第十五的英文是fifteenth。如果把它簡化，就是15th。
普通的日子都是加th，但以下的例子卻特別：
第1、21 & 31日加 st
第2、22 日加 nd
第3、23日則是加 rd

15th = 第十五(日)
fifteen = 十五
15th September 係 "abb. form"
佢讀出嚟係 the 15th of September

th = 廣東話第幾幾一樣

th 你可以解係第幾

你平時英文既第15 係fifteen

就用15th 去簡單化

好像1號係1st
=first 後面的st
2號=2nd
=second 後面的nd
3號=3rd
亦即係third既rd
