我睇說明表就說occasionally 是放在開頭或結尾!!
但是我做下面這一條不明白......3條都不是在開頭或結尾...為什麼3條都正確
a. my neighbours occasionally come over to chat with my parents.
b.my neighbours came occasionally over to chat with my parents.
c. my neighbours are occasionally at my house chatting with my parents.
a b c 都係正確

That table is wrong. 'Occasionally' can be put in the middle of the sentence.
It is not unusual that an adverb of frequency can be put at different location of the same sentence.
An adverb of frequency is usually placed after the verb to be or before a simple verb.
a. before the simple verb 'come'
b. after the first word of the phrasal verb 'come over'
c. after the verb to be 'are'
