13.C -->was driving就好，不需用表示"一直"的完成進行式
14.B-->but also
15.C-->something interesting

17.這題有意思，答案是D，因為to這裡是介係詞， +ving
18.D --> is safe
19.A--> Located要用被動
20.A--> didn't have sent
Wish過去想做卻沒完成的事,用 wish + 過去完成式
