I cant download java from there website?

it tells me "This site might require the following ActiveX control: J2SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 7 from 'Sun Microsystems, Inc.'. Click here to install..." Click the yellow bar and choose "Install ActiveX Control..." to allow installation to proceed, but the yellow bar is not there. How can i make it pop up

maybe try a google search or something like that to find another site to download java from
