Hi,
..__________
√(81x^6*y^12)

Find the square root of 81. Then divide the radical's index number 2 into each exponent. The answer gives the exponent on that variable outside the radical. If there is a remainder, that remainder is the exponent on the variable left inside the radical.
..__
√81 = 9
2 into 6 is 3 and 2 into 12 is 6, so:

..__________
√(81x^6*y^12) = 9x^3y^6 <==ANSWER

I hope that helps!! :-)

9 x³ y^6 (taking + ve square root)

√(81x^6y^12)
= 9[x^(6/2)][y^(12/2)]
= 9[x^3][y^6]
= 9x^3y^6

9x idk

9x³y^6

recall that √(x) = x^(1/2)

so √(x^6) = x^(6/2) = x³
and son on
