左邊頸肩手痛，左手食指及中指痳痺, 謝謝！報告內容如下：

Imaging Findings:
Disc Dessication and osteophyte formation are present at the cervical spine more obvious at the lower cervical levels. Multiple posterior disc protrusions are found at the C2/3, C3/4, C4/5, C5/6 and C6/7 levels (sagittal image 9 of series 6). The disc protrusions indent onto the thecal sac but no significant spinal stenosis or cord compression is resulted (images 11, 15, 19 of series 11 and images 3 and 7 of series 10). On the other hand, the postero-lateral components of the C6/7 disc prolapse result in significant narrowing of bilateral neuroforamina (axial image 7 of series 10), more severe on left side with encroachment onto the exiting left C7 nerve root.

Loss of normal lordosis of cervical spine is noted, likely related to muscle spasm. Otherwise the cervcial vertebrae have mormal alignment and marrow signal intensity. No bone marrow oedema or paraspinal soft tissue sweeling is noted. The cervical cord is normal in outline and signal intensity with no intrinsic abnormality. No cord oedema is oberved. No intradural mass lesion is noted. The cervico-medullary junction appears normal.

Opinion:
Degenerative changes are present at the cervical spine. Mulitple disc prolapses are found at the cervical spine from C2/3 to C6/7 levels. No significant spinal stenosis or cord compression is resulted. However, bilateral C6/7 neuroforamina are narrowed, more severe on left side with impingement onto the exiting left C7 nerve root which might account for the left-sided radiculopathic symptoms.
