網頁被挷架

各位電腦高手請幫助：
當打開主網頁，它彈出這網頁http://www.oknew888.cn/或http://www.789gov.cn/，再打入我的網址www.hutchcity.com，它開出空白網頁，按重新整理，它彈出網頁但看新聞網頁內容，它彈出快顯已封銷，按永遠允許來自這個網站的快顯，它彈出視窗問是否要允許來自www.baidu.com的快顯. 已經用ARSWP清理過但問題還是這樣，怎樣處理呢？:'( :'( :'(

2) avast! antivirus - high security and protection (chi and eng version)
