Pea may work .

SWIM BLADDER DISEASE

Symptom:

1.Difficulty in swimming.

2.Always float near the top of the tank.

Usually it will work if you go to the fish shop and just buy a antibiotic or medicine for your poor fish as sometime may be "bacterial infections" as I try it before using a medicine to cure most of my fishes with this problem and it work well and in 3-5 days the fish will recovered.

Here are the step:

Firstly, go to your fish retailer shop ask for swimming bladder medicine .The medicine may come in tablet or solution.

Later just add the medicine in your fish tank according to the amount or dossage required and don't,t take other fish in the tank out as they might have the disease as well.

Lastly ,change the water after 2-3 day and repeat the procedure above until the fish 100% recovered.

Or

you can just removed your fish from nitrate-rich water to reversed flipover problem.

Hope my answer has help you and your poor Goldfish.

Good luck :)
參考: From my experience and this method also help the asker before you as well and the medicine are also cheap and easily available in all fish shop.

The most common problem with goldfish was a condition called swim bladder, which resulted in the fish floating upside down at the top of the aquarium.Unfortunately many goldfish owners did not seek treatment.Goldfish swimming upside down is quite a common problem. You need to get urgent medical attention (for the fish) within 24 to 48 hours, because if you leave it any longer than that, the success of the treatment will decrease.

It can be either air trapped in the intestines or an infection of the swim bladder. Try the peas first (I used frozen peas, thawed then squeezed out of the skin) to act as a laxative in case it is the former. If that doesn't work, you can try antibiotics but it is often permanent.
