As I have to accompany my parents to our hometown for the removal of the grave of our ancestor, I would like to take a casual leave for one week

I have to apply for one week’s leave from July 10 to July 17. Reason being that I have to return to my home town in Mainland China with my parents to take care of the relocation of the graves of our ancestors.
