I will have a journey in Europe i will take the Norwegian Gem (cruise) this is my itinerary :

Sat Nice (Villefranche) 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Sun Barcelona 5:00 AM -
I will stay in London for 4 days and Barcelona for 2 days before the journey so can you help me to plan my journey when i arrive the port and can you introduce some must go place and some must buy souvenirs(any) and i have heard that a place called piazza there have a shop that there Gelato is the yummyest in the italy
^^is is near the place that i arrive. and do you know about this cruise?(Norweigan Gem) I want to called a minivan for about 8 peoples do you have any one you know ?I want to travel around Florence and Rome plzzzzzzzzz i realy want to know more about it .

I am not familiar with cruise, only try my best to assist you.
Piazza is an Italian word, which means "place", just like the Statue Sqaure in Central, so which "Piazza" you are talking about?? Gelato is very common in Italy and you can find it in every corners. But I suggest you try it in Florence, it's better and cheaper than those in Rome.
If you are travelling on cruise, there should be some excursions in every stops, I suggest you can join these tours. There are few advantages

line is fixed, and you can visit those famous place within limited time.
meals and transport are included, you don't need to worry about it. Since you have only 9 - 10 hours in every stops, every single minute is valuable for you
The most important, if there is any problem, for example, traffic congestion, excursion tour can report to the vessel, and you must not be left on land.
It's difficult and expensive to rent a car with driver in Europe for only 12 hours...
