My job is to help my working colleagues to make travel arrangements.. When they are on business trips, I have to book airplane tickets and arrange hotels
for them.

My responsibility is to assist employess in making travel arrangement. When an employee is scheduled for a business trip, I will assist him/her in making flight and hotel reservations.
