I was granted a chance to be a student of XXX Faculty in March, 2008 from your esteemed College. However due to my father’s unemployment at that moment, the financial situation of my family was so bad that I was unable to pay the Reservation Fee before the due date. Hence I did not enroll in your esteemed College and I felt very regret about losing the precious chance.

I am now writing to appeal for your kind consideration to give me another chance to be a student of XXX Faculty. If I am given the chance, I ensure I will do my best and pay all efforts in my study.

Please kindly consider my application and in any case, I would like to thank you for your kind attention to this matter.
