城大社工面試一問(急)

According to my experience before, I think you should pay attention to the following event .一定知道用中文和英文答。
1) 什麼是photo ID?
-----It is a photo same as your ID card.


2)面試係group or 個人？
-----A group interview with some instructiors to observe
your behavior; and (和/或)
an individual interview . (should be both)

3)會問咩問題？會唔會問時事題？
-----I think it is a discussion more than a question.
such as your opinion towards
a. killing chicken for stoppping H5 N 1
b. the family violence in Hong Kong
c. the education in Hong Kong
d. the social work service in Hong Kong
e. how to face the elderly larger population in the future.
f. any suggestion to improve the present social welfare in HK

4)我要預備什麼去面試和注意些什麼？
-----think about the No.3 answers which I have written and
well-prepare them with both Chinese and English answer.
-----think about what games and discussion would be arranged
in the group interview.
-----think about what is the important things to be a social worker.

5)要唔要著suit/定係著得斯文就得？
-----don't wear suit but wear a clean shirt and trousers.
-----不要穿短褲涼鞋。

6)有個written test？係test咩？會唔會問時事題？
-----試下用英文答下我第三点的題目,
-----注意英文的表達及分析能力;
-----test 的範圍可以很濶, 都會討論時事題, 所以要看
報紙的社評(上網都看到)
-----思想以下題：
a. 你認為你有什麽條件適合從事社會福利事業？
b. 目前香港社會ヱ作服務有什麼事要急切改善？
c. 如果要你為一間青少年中心設計一個義工招務計劃,
你會怎樣設計呢？

我可能要求高了一些。

雖然我不是一個社工系學生
但我能說

社工面試最好不要穿suit
因為社工給人的感覺應該是親切，平易近人的

不過我都係個日要INTERVIEW 的人
