It should be [Fixed Price], (即固定價格, 言下之意 no bargaining, 既有禮貌又可準確地表達意思). ^^

Just put "Sorry" in front of it. Like:

Sorry, no bargaining.
Sorry, no haggling.

吾講價 = no bargaining
明碼實價= marked price/ prices > exact price
e.g. Do not buy electronic products without marked prices.
