I, we這些第一身用shall,而其他的第二身或第三身用will

I shall

I will

I will

You will

You shall

You will

He will

He shall

He will

I shall soon get well(soon get well並不受意願左右)
If you do not work hard, you will fail.

I will pay you the money next Monday.(這事受說話者”I”的意願所影響)
You shall have my answer tomorrow.(have my answer受”I”的意願所影響)
He shall go there at once(是說話者認為He有義務做的事)
其實聖經十試裏有:Thou shalt not kill(不可殺人:也是說話者認為You不應該做的事)
 a) You will die some day.(有一天你會死:是單純的未來事實)
但 b)You shall die some day.(有一天我要你死:因用shall,表示這與說話者的意願有關)

If you will go with me, I...(與主詞”you”的意願有關)
He says that he will do it at any cost.(與主詞he的意願有關)

而is going to和will的分別是:is going to是早有安排的意思,如:
I am going to America next month.(就是指著早安排去美國的意思,並非”臨時決定”)

hi, In UK English, {I and We} will use {shall}. {He, she and it} will use {will}. In US English, {I, we, he, she and it} also use {will} now.
{is going to} and {shall/will} are the same meaning, that means something will be happened in future. however the difference is ....
{is going to} - u will do something shortly and u already have the schedule to do that.
{shall/will} - u will do something in future, but u do not have exactly schedule.
Hope this information can help you.
