我想問什麼是Table A??
我見d articles of association 通常都話 exclude Table A...is it only the table with different terms definition? What is it for?

Table A 是指在香港公司條例第32章後面附頁中附表A所刊載的樣板公司組織章程。在你自己的公司組織章程內無提及的事項都會以附表A內的相關引用。因此如果有某部份附表A內容不適用，咁你就要聲明。希望幫到你！
