What Does "spoken like a true +sb. Mean?

I'm an English Learner, please tell me the meaning in an easy way. Much Thanks!!

When in a dictionary appears the +sb (somebody) means that at the end of the sentence you add the person you are mentioning.

For example:

She has spoken like a true Scotch (Meaning that her way to speak is all what is expected from a Scotch person).

I have spoken like a true sailor (Meaning that my way to speak is all what is expected from a sailor).
