Ice Cream will not have any adverse effect on your baby. If nothing else, it may give him/her an aquired taste for it. I ate a ton of ice when I was pregnant with my youngest and he freaks out if you are eating ice and dont immediately share! I also ate lots of hot spicy foods and he loves that stuff too.
