can i not taking any medicines when i have stress?

I understand that taking meds everyday is difficult. I want to stop taking them all the time. I take 15 pills from 10 prescriptions every morning, and 5 pills from 4 different prescripts at night.
Please do not start not taking your meds. If you do, the consequences can be devastating!
If you are under tremendous stress, ask your doc for a med holiday. They won't do it very often, but it will at least notify your doctor that you are in a rut and stressed out over taking all these meds all the time. PLEASE, PLEASE do not stop taking them with out talking with your doctor first........
