I have blood sugar problem's and when my sugar level gets to low, I will get so dizzy that I have to actually either sit or lay down in a cool place and drink a orange. It took the doctor's 6 blood test before mine would show. But if your blood pressure shot's up to, you will get very dizzy to. And my husband has panic attack's and he gets dizzy- does all a sudden your heart pound 90 miles an hour- check go hurten, if it does then this is panic attack's and they can be sersious and deadly cause it shot's the blood pressure sky high too. Stress can and will in some cases cause dizziness, according how stress out you are but if you do not feel stressed then you are not. I would find a new doc and tell him that you want a blood sugar test done-other blood pressure test done too .

I'm not a doctor but if I had my guess I would say it has something to do with your diet and sugar levels. Just because a blood test comes back normal doesn't been you don't have abnormal sugar levels. Only a glucose tollorance test and a blood sugar test will be able to determine that. Just warning ya though, if they run the glucose test, they make you drink some stuff that tastes like flat soda & it's kinda gross, lol. You can get dizzy when your sugar is too high or too low. Also, I know they did blood work but what was the blood work for? Did they check your vitamin levels? If you lack certain vitamins you can experience dizziness also. My blood sugar is usually runs higher than normal and I get dizzy and then I have times when it drops really low and that is so scary! I found out I was also low in potassium and iron and that always made me dizzy. Another reason could be a constipation problem. Make sure you are having normal bowel movements because being backed up can throw your whole body off.

Have they checked you for vertigo? Or maybe anxiety? I have both and I know how you fell. You can e-mail me if you need a friend to talk with who really is in your shoes.
