英文文法有否錯誤？

I got a certificate of computerized accounting with distinction issued by the London Chamber of Commerce Industry.

I think to put it in this way is better:
I got a distinction in Computerized Accounting in which the certifcate is issued by the London Chamber of Commerce Industry.
It is the certicate issued by the London Chamber....
It is not the distinction issued by the London Chamber...
(It is my own opinion)

I got a certificate of Computerized Accounting with distinction. It is issued by the London Chamber of Commerce Industry.

Your sentence has no grammetical mistake. You only need to capitalize the name of the certificate.
In fact I think your sentence is very clear.
