(p + q)/8= (62 + 10)/8
= 72/8
= 9

in your question you have asked P+q over 8 and given values for p=62 and q=10
there are two things to be noted wether it is a slip of P and p or it is intentional secondly as P+ q are not bracketed so over 8 is only to be read with q and not withP+q so if assumed that P and p are the same then your question comes to
