有關內地護士來港工作問題

I believe your relative should solve the first problem. that is her working visa.
People who wants to work in Hong Kong but not a resident, must hold a valid working visa.
plus if she wants to work in hk, she has to get a pass on the nursing exam.
However, sine 2005, from the annual report of Broad of nursing. There is NONE overseas RN can get a pass on both clinical and paper exam to gain a RN license in HK.
She can go to Wan Chai, to the broad of nursing to apply for RN license examination. If she can request for the practical placement, remember to ask her, she better take it. as she has never worked in hk, she doesn't know all the medical terms, and slang and the way we worked in hk. That is different from the way she does it in china.

因兩地制度不同，內地護士是不能在港工作的，大部份護士來港後只能在護老院工作，照顧老人家，而這個需求又很大，所以不愁冇工做。
