這兩句中，就只得第一句文法正確，所以必定是第一句好
牛津出版的”Practical English Usage”就指出advise, allow, permit和forbid這些動詞之後，如果沒有賓語(object），就用-ing形式，如果有賓語，就用動詞不定式。如：
I wouldn't advise taking the car─there's nowhere to park.
和
I wouldn't advise you to take the car.

還有advise也可以跟that-子句，如：
They're advising that children be kept out of the sun altogether.

I would advise that you (should) take a different approach
或　I would advise taking a different approach.


但句子越精簡越好，大約你也知道哪句好了。

Both sentences seemed okay, particularly the 2nd one. But, I would like to propose a slight change of wordings, eg:
I would like to suggest to take a different approach.

Both should be ok. I believe even "I would advice a different approach" is ok
But I personally probably would say something like:
"I would suggest consider a different approach"

I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO ＴＡＫＥ A ＤＩＦＦＥＲＥＮＴAPPROACH.
