男友係美國人,結婚移民問題((+20!!急!!))

我假定妳男友係揸Passport嘅公民,唔係綠咭嘅居民.妳絕對有權移民,但唔可以用旅遊簽證進入美國.妳有兩種途徑申請移民美國.

K1簽證:對方係US申請.大約4-6個月.領事館會發你一個簽證.你必須係到達US 90日內註冊結婚.婚後入紙I-130.入紙可以同時申請工作許可及回美證就可以工作及出入美國.再等1-2年攞到綠咭.
好處係好快可走,同埋對方唔使到HK.
K3 Visa: 係HK結婚後,入紙I-130同時再申請K-3.大約12-18個月見領事.到US報到後馬上有綠咭.
好處係一次搞掂D手續.適合双方都人在HK及唔想甘急過去嘅人.
1.如果我地系Alaska結婚,我可唔可以系大約半年-1年後搭飛機去Oregon?
原則上移民局唔會理你點搬嚟搬去,但你搬咗,移民局寄野俾你或會延誤.如果妳揾律師做,當移民局通寄你亦同時通知佢.妳轉地址只需要通知律師會比較方便.

2.綠卡要等幾耐先到手嫁??
上面講咗, 但婚後唔夠兩年,攞到係臨時綠咭.到兩年後再要申請永久綠咭

3.如果綠卡系短期內仲未整到,咁我可唔可以工作or入讀任何學校/college??
只要移民局收咗份I-130,就可以申請 working primit. 讀書更加冇問題.但係學費未必收本地生價.要睇番間學校.
4.我地結婚係咪一定要比雙方家長知道?即使我地已過18歲?
18歲後係美國,做乜都唔關父母事.最重要係你同你男友交往嘅資料:e-mail呀,長途電話費單,相片....越多越好.令移民官相信你地係真實嘅婚姻

yes, you can get marry in US cause you already over 18, ---some states require over 21. so better check with your local office.
you can travel anywhere in US, but be careful the airport now need to see valid ID for broading. do you have driver license or not expired visa?

once you married, you can submit the application i-130, when the CIS approved you, they also will give you working paper to work or go to college. of course you have to pay the full tuition until you recived the PR.
