我不太清楚你想用咩tense.... 所以俾多一個choice你

1)將來(in present continuous form)
I'm going to visit a doctor.

2)past tense
I went to visit a doctor.

I'm going to the doctor.
I'll see the doctor.

I want to see a doctor.
