你每年申報上政府嘅週年報表AR1是否無更改定完全無上過？你如果無上就要補做，罰款按政府收費表，可以上網頁www.cr.gov.hk查詢。如果有上而資料錯誤，咁就做更正週年報表AR1就得，而且無費用要交。希望幫到你！

If you have filed the annual returns in each year, apparently, the company is OK. So, the details of the new company secretary has to be filed as usual with the Companies Registry within the time frame as deemed to be a change therof.
