With reference to this matter, there is no any damage report be issued by shipping company after receipt of cargoes, and it seems that outer box has been broken reported by shipper once pick up cargoes. According to this condition, shipper without pick up cargoes at the first time and an extra charges has been occurred finally. Obviously, problem has been caused by shipping company and no reason to charge us back. Also we are not the consignee have no right to claim, so please inform shipping company to pay the extra charges by themselves ( Because your position is shipper and involve to this matter ). In fact, we have ever asking help to the people, who are working in consignee’s store, to follow the matter with shipping company. So far we have no news come from them, so your kindly help is required at the moment.
