Excel 是有內定一個Alt-M的key比Merge and Center, 不過你就要去修改工具列上Merge and Center那個按鈕, 要將這個按鈕改成能顯示出文字(原本的內定工具列只會顯示小圖示)當你看到文字出來時, 就會看到那個有底線的"M"字,此時就可以按Alt-M 就可做到Merge and Center !!
