Luminous flux is a quantitative expression of the brightness of a source of visible light. The unit of which is the lumen (lm).
1 lumen is the same as 1.46 mW (i.e. 0.00146 W) of RADIANT POWER at a wavelength of 555 nm at the middle of the visible spectrum.
