放心啦! $199係買唔到嘅. 係美國出機一定要經AT&T.新客要簽兩年合約,最平月費$70.即係US$1879,仲未計稅.
舊客唔想延長合約,單買機係US$599 for 8G/ 16G 係 US$699.

hi, yes, u can buy in US, but Apple said u have to sign the contract with AT&T together when u are buying the 3G iphone, whatever u buy from Apple store or AT&T. Also all cellphones are locked in USA, cos they want to protect US manufacturers.
I think u can buy from ebay, most of them are unlocked, u can use it in HK.

當然可以，但要破解密碼，否則只能在美國用，香港是用不到的。
