特別是“衝出來”這個要生動一點. 可否用thrust 或者dash out 呢兩個詞﹐ why or why not? thank you!!

thrust意思係用力推,插;塞;擠出.
dash意思係猛撞.
outrush係衝出,但係好似有d唔make sense??
