according to the world ranking, the man who play the best tennis in this world would be world no.1(currently) Roger Federer. He has been world no.1 for years and has won 12 grand slams.
However, i would recommand Rafael Nadal(not Naldo!!!!!!).
He's now world no.2 and only at the age of 22. He's better known as the King of Clay and is a 4-time French Open winner. But now he's showing his potential on other tennis surfaces other than clay. He's has been in 2 times Wimbledon final and has a pretty big chance to win the Wimbledon champion this year.
Also, Rafael Nadal has beaten Roger Federer many times, so i would say he is the best tennis player.
