有關郵運船辦事宜:

由於郵運成本上升, 我司於6月25日開始作出有關郵運船辦政策之變動如下:
1)我司將收集所有客人之船辦寄予同一收件者(可以是貴司或其他客人如temp),再由貴司自行到收件者處領取包裹.

2)我司會為每一個箱編制一個箱號, 並於每次寄出船辦後通知貴司哪一個箱是屬於貴司, 另外於箱嘜上亦會註明收件者.而我司其他客人亦會收到我司通知領取屬於他們的箱.

3)我司會為每一個客人用獨立不同的打帶作區別, 貴司將沿用黃色打帶.請知悉.

最後,我司於6月25日寄出船辦包裹中(airsea)箱1及箱2(共兩箱)是屬於貴司的, 今次將以貴司為郵運收件人, 包裹號為xxxxxxxxxxx,而我司其他客人亦會自行到貴司領取屬於他們的船辦包裹, 請知悉.

而有關dhl船辦將不受影響, 我司於6月25日寄出一箱船辦包裹予貴司編號為xxxxxxxxxxxx,請查收.

Regarding Post Service for shipping matters:

As postal cost increases, Our company start making the Postage policy of the ship transported changes in the June 25 as follows:
1) Our company will collect all the guests of the ship sent to do the same recipient (can be your company or other guests such as temp), then from your company to the recipient to receive parcels.

2)Our company will be Secretary for each box of a box, and each boat sent out to do after your company informed me which one is your company, and in me-Mark will be marked on the recipient and I will be the Secretary for other guests I received notice for Secretary of the box.

3) Our company will be Secretary for each of the guests by playing with different independence for the difference between your company will follow a yellow band. Please know.
