What is the meaning of cut-off score for PolyU?

Cut-off score is just a reference. If your score is lower than cut-off score, it means that PolyU will not consider your application unless you are excellent in non-academic performance. Even you have reached the cut-off score, it doesn't mean having a place in PolyU is a must, because admission is on competitive basis. Therefore, cut-off score doesn't mean minimum mark that the applicants can enter that Programme.
