Would America sell arms to Chinese protestors to overthrown the Chinese regime?

There are always protests in China, people obviously hated the corrupted dictatorship. Check out the recent riots in Guizhou
Would it be possible if American arms dealers sell weapons to Chinese protectors so that they could arm themselves and form militia groups to overthrown the government? China has over 11 billion people, imagine it's people with guns, it would become a powerful force even the government cannot stop it.
