狂升之時,冇人賺貴,大跌之時,冇人敢買.全因羊羣心態!
比起資源股如2600/3993,2318/2628其實跌得很少,不算抵買.
天災太多,有排賠.2318/50元,2628/25元買入唔會衰得去邊.

Depends on whether you consider it as a long-term or short-term investment?

For long-term:
I would say buy half of what you intended to buy at current price, if it drops to let say 22-24. Then go ahead and buy more.

For short-term:
I am not really a short seller, so I do not want to comment on this.

FYI:
I try to follow the 'Warren Buffet style' of investing, I did study what he thinks is important and how he decide to buy or not buy. The following are the 'good stocks' which I have studied the past month are 2628, 2318, 941, and 388. I looked at their eps for the last 3 years, their current quarterly eps compare to last year same quater etc. They seem to be very very attractive, but I am not saying that you should buy or not. If you often worry about that the market will drop tremendously, then I suggest that you should stay away from the market at this moment. I suggest you to read one of those classic investing book and not to listen to the TV commentators. Think about it, they can say HSI is going down this week and it will go up next week, haha.

PS: The above stocks which I have mentioned are currently still in my portfolio.
