This can obviously not be done with natural numbers because 10+4=14. You would have to divide 10+4 by 7 to make this true. But if you mean that 10 and 4 are days and 2 is weeks, this is true. It is also true if it is a time on a clock. 10 PM + 4 hours=2 AM

in natural numbers this can not be done, however if these numarals are made to belong and represent differant units than this is possible.if numbers on the left indicate days that is 10+4=14 days and you divide it by 7 it comes equal to 2
than you read 10+4 days =14 days=2 weeks
and you may say 10+4(days)=2 Weeks

If any mechanical round dial clock showing time 10 hour right now and after 4 hour the same clock shows 2 hour.
Thus 10 hour plus 4 hour = 2 hour
that how 10 plus 4 = 2.

If you start at 10 o'clock and add 4 hours, you end up at 2 o'clock.

NO
10 + 4 = 2
in base 10, 10 + 4 = 14 which doesnt = 2
no base or modulation will make 10 +4 =2
unless this is some childish math trick
