要幫助入睡,也應注意下列事宜:

‧ 注意睡眠環境,房間空氣要流通,光線要調暗。

‧ 體溫要適中,腳凍可穿襪子,棉被不要太重及被褥重量要均勻。

‧ 睡前沖熱水浴,可放鬆肌肉,增加睡意。

‧ 午後少喝濃茶、咖啡、可樂、熱朱古力等含咖啡因飲品。

‧ 若在床上半小時內尚未能入睡,不要賴在床上,應起床活動一下,再嘗試入睡。

‧ 切勿依賴安眠藥,長期服用安眠藥會引致藥物依賴及產生耐藥性。一旦停服,失眠情況會更嚴重。

小弟的方法是入睡前在腦中默唸(又稱金剛唸)《般若波羅蜜多心經》
108次,正常情況下,默唸至20-30次,我便能安然入睡了。^o^,^o^

but the most imporant point is that:" When more often you try to sleep, you can't sleep."


Since sleeping is nothing somethig To DO

But is is a status when you don't try to do anything, including try to sleep.

To my own expereince, don't try to convince you have to sleep, since soon you will start thinking something, may be your work, may be your family, and you will find the more you think on these things, the more awaking you are.


So don't concentrate anything, just let all your thoughts come and go, but don't catch any of those, and soon if you still stay awake, you will find yourself seeing some picutres in your mind, which is, from your hidden consciousness, and keep inmind don't catch any of those and start thinking any of them, just observe what you see and what you think, but don't catch it ^^

Then soon you will be in a deep sleep


If you find yourseof having too many dreams, it means that you sitll don't have deep sleep, deep sleep is a status having no dreams, or you don't remember your dreams at all.

Actually dreams is something that reveals your hiden disire at daytimes, so if you can stay awake in the daytime, no daydreaming, and stay very conscious what you talk, what you think, how you walk, how you feel, then soon you will in a state of no dreams, and you will become very refresheed
