但係你同個熟既friend都可以用should既, 好似 "Hey, we should have lunch together next week!"
Shall we have lunch/dinner together next week?
Hey....let's have a lunch/dinner next week, shall we?
No, should we = whether we MUST
For the sentence you asked, it should be put in this way :
Hey, are we really going to meet and have dinner next week ?
