My Internet Service Providers had blocked sites like meebo, youtube etc. Any way i can open these sites?

You can open these sites with the help of proxy servers....these proxy servers would be like webpages and you need to re-type the web address you are trying to open in the proxy server web page.One popular proxy servers available are

If your ISP blocked them, that is probably impossible (depends on how they implement it), You can also get another ISP.
