Can you buy once Vista and install it on multiple computers?

You can install it on a 1000 computers ... though you may have just a little bit of trouble activating it more than twice

The domicile windows OEM disc that includes the pc is an altered Disc used on desktops that are synthetic by applying companies. that's no longer a so referred to as unique OEM disc in an attempt to communicate. There are 2 numbers linked wit each domicile windows Disc, the Product Key Code and the OEM code. attempting to apply a domicile windows CD one a working laptop or pc and applying the Product Key Code from yet another Disc would not paintings because of the fact those 2 numbers do no longer journey.

You can install Vista with the use of a single installer by using crack but this is illegal and not recommended. As per microsoft, you can purchase one license for one computer unless purchase for a multi user type.

Ther is a way to delay the activation in Vista for up to a year (legally) so you should be able to install on multiple machines as long as you do not activate them. Just short of the one year, back up your files, format and re-install. Enjoy.

1. Vista required you to activate your Vista product key within 30 days of installation. If you are using the same product key for 3 computers, after a month, you'll not be able to login since two of the computers don't have unique product key.

2. You can just run the installation, BUT you should always backup whenever you are doing something major on your computer. Afterall, the data is the most important.

You can buy license from MS to put vista on mult-computer you can even buy an open license and install it on all your computer

Yes,why not?I think you have to burn it on a cd,or better a hard disk,take out the other computers hard disk and put that one!!

Should Be Ok I Think Its Limited To 5installs

You can install Vista on any no. of comps.
The only prob is that if its original , it will ask for an activation code, which, if in use already, will make ur vista inaccessible.
And i recommend backing up important files, or else u may lose em
