I will be missing you. 就是你要問的句子了。你的問題的後半部，應如我所述，通常會是 I'll be missing you.
將它簡化，就成了你問題的前一半：be missing you了。

例如你寫的:
1) be missing you (錯) will miss you 才對= you'll be missed (by us) 我們會掂念著你.
2) will missing you = 將會失去你.
如是: We will miss you 則等如第一句.
As a conclusion: miss (verb) = 掛念 or 掂念. missing (adj) = 失去.
