i saw a sub-topic in bbc http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/7473818.stm

it says :

Armed forces recruits from the "Facebook generation" do not take data security seriously enough, a Ministry of Defence security probe has found.

why doesn't it says:

Armed forces recruits from the "Facebook generation" do not take data security seriously enough, a Ministry of Defence security probe has been found.

"Armed forces recruits from the "Facebook generation" do not take data security seriously enough, a Ministry of Defence security probe has found."
is another way to say
"A Ministry of Defence security probe has found that armed forces recruits from the "Facebook generation" do not take data security seriously enough."

'has found' is present perfect tense in active voice.

"has been found" is present perfect tense in pasive voice.

The (Ministry of Defence security) probe is the subject. It has found that armed forces recruits from the "Facebook generation" do not take data security seriuosly eonough.
'armed forces recruits from the "Facebook generation" do not take data security seriuosly eonough' is the object.

If we want to put it in passive voice, we will say "It has been found by a Ministry of Defence security probe that armed forces recruits from...'

A Ministry of Defence security probe = 一個國防部的安全調查

The word 'security' is used as an adjective there to tell us what kind of probe it is.

它們打錯了,
係要有 "been" 架,
同埋我發現左另一個錯誤...

Ministry of Defence security 係一個部門來的,

如果話 a Ministry of Defence security probe has been found.
即係話個部門被發現??? 好似唔合邏輯,

我會用 a Ministry of Defence security probe has been founded(建立).

-found 係 present tense, 只建立
-find 係另一個動詞, 只發現
