怎樣將舊硬碟機的資料包括OS全部抄到新硬碟機?

我有1隻舊怎樣將舊硬碟機的資料包括OS抄到新硬碟機?(seagate sata2 250gb裝有window xp sp3)
最近開始運作不正常,經常發出很大的嘈音.......

我想買1隻新的硬碟機(seagate sata2 320gb),用來取代舊hd,怎麼把舊hd的資料抄到新硬碟機?

希望有大大可以提供免費的software...最好是中文的....
和步驟.......thx

very good gar
i use it before, able to copy data from hdd to hdd
also the os able to boot

dun use norton ghost ar, it is trash!!
