剛才收到驗貨員的通知﹐其中一家工廠(貨號XXX)的生產樣跟之前寄給buyer的確認樣的顏色不同。附上產品的圖片﹐左圖為確認樣﹐顏色是帶綠色的﹐右圖為生產樣﹐顏色全個是綠色。
經了解後若需要全批修改的話﹐工廠起碼要15天時間才能完成好﹐
那就趕不上原來定下來的交貨期7月8月。
據驗貨員回報﹐產品整體的效果是沒有問題的﹐只是相比原來的樣品的顏色深了﹐希望你能跟buyer解釋一下﹐請他們接受現在樣品的顏色。

Dear XXX,

Received an inspecting goods notice ﹐ factory a moment ago (goods number XXX) production type before sends is different for the buyer confirmation type color. The enclosed product's picture ﹐ left figure for the confirmation type ﹐ color is the belt green ﹐ the figure to the right for production type ﹐ color entire is a green. After understanding, if needs the entire batch of revision ﹐ factory to take date of delivery in July which at least 15 days can complete ﹐ that not to be able to catch up with decide originally down August. According to the inspecting goods repayment ﹐ product whole's effect did not have the question ﹐ is only compares the original sample the color deep ﹐ to hope that you could with buyer explain ﹐ asks them to accept now the sample color.
